The Problem

Ministry people worry about doing ministry and schedule their people. But, they don’t always know who shows up, who goes the extra mile or who may be overly engaged. Admin loves that ministry is getting done but they are concerned about security, safety, efficiency and keeping the trains running smoothly.  How can we let people do what they are good at without them having to make radical changes in what they do?

The Solution

What if we could let the ministry people schedule and manage everybody in Planning Center. And, the volunteers check-in to Ministry Platform when they arrive.

Let PCO Bridge span the gap to make ministry better.

SaaS

PCO Bridge is hosted in the cloud.  We provide the IT resources so you don't have to.

People

Easily add people from one system to the other.  Nobody wants to do double work.

Teams

PCO Teams are linked to MP Groups to facilitate communication

Service Management

Service Types and Plans in PCO link to Programs and Events in MP.  This provides the path to attach people to their events.

Check-in

MP Checkin is updated with the status of each volunteer prior to the event.  Know who is planning on being there (and who isn't.)

Events

Analyze event participation before, during and after the event.

Mobile Friendly

PCO Bridge is responsive and mobile friendly.

Background Checks

Coming Soon! Integrated Background Checks will prevent uncleared people from being scheduled in PCO.

How it Works

Gone are the days of having different data on people and groups between Planning Center and Ministry Platform. Gone are the days of not knowing who is scheduled or who shows up to volunteer. PCO Bridge links the data in the two systems so that people scheduled in one system can check-in in the other. Each system doing what it does best.

PCO Bridge works on multiple levels.  It will:

  • Provide a way to clean up the existing People data in PCO and link to Contacts in MP.
  • Automatically create new People in PCO directly from MP to eliminate double entry of data. (Or, if you really want, create the person in PCO and link them to an existing person in MP.)
  • Automatically add people to the correct Groups in MP based on their PCO Team.
  • Provide a way to link Plans (even plans with multiple times) in PCO to the corresponding Event(s) in MP.
  • Update the Event Participants in MP to show who is expected, who declined and who did not respond to the schedule request.
  • Share background check information between systems to eliminate uncleared people being scheduled in secure areas.

The end result is the ability for Volunteers to easily check in at events. This contributes to the overall ministry need to understand who is engaged and to what degree.
